Riverstone Aboriginal Project
The Riverstone Aboriginal Families (RAFS) establishes and maintains a series of community hubs to provide opportunities for Aboriginal families to develop their own support networks, provide services to families and children in the area and link key child and family service providers through outreach. The RAFS Project will assist parents with social networks, parenting skills, information and referrals to local services. The project . model enables innovative and flexible approaches to family support and community development.
